The brand is currently being exported to more than 80 countries. And as I could see in your website the company have a wide range of bathroom and interior products with various finishes, marbles and colors. |

Offering a warm welcome to all customer, once I have undertook their needs I confidently recommend items to them.
Processing transactions, offering link sales and taking customer orders. Resolving customer queries and complaints in an amicable and efficient manner. Store merchandising, creating attractive and logical displays our IPT ( items per transaction) and ATV (average transaction value). Processed new stock and managed our stock room, ensuring items are easy to locate, in a safe and clean environment. |

I have been working over a decade of customer service experience accrued across multiple sectors, I always put the customer first ensuring the customers' expectations. Also I am highly organized and efficient, with a positive attitude to change and challenges.
