We need them to live, and there are six different types.
Nutrients
It is a nutrient that provide as slow energy, that we could reserve in our body.
We shouldn't eat lots of them.
Fats
It is the most important nutrient for our body. We can't live without it.
50% of our body is made of this nutrient.
Water
This nutrient helps us grow and repairs our body.
We can get it from meat, fish and eggs.
Proteins
These two nutrients are easily obteined from fruits and vegetables.
They make our body function and to stay healthy fighting diseases.
Vitamins and minerals
Provide us fast energy, for an inmediate use.
We can get them from cereals and pulses.
Carbohydrates
Food group rich in carbohydrates that give us energy.

Bread, rice, wheat , beans or chikpeas belong to this group
Cereals and pulses.
Is very important to eat and drink food from this group when we are babies or children and we are growing.

Yogurt, cheese, milk belong to this group
Dairy products
These food group contain natural sugars, vitmins, minerals and water, and help our body working properly. Carrots, lettuce, peach or watermelon are plant products that belong to this group.
Fruits and vegetables.
They can be animal products, like olive oil, or animal products like butter.
We should eat an small amount of it, if we don't want to become fatty.

These contain lots of proteins that help our body grow.
