How did industrialization change people's ways of life?
On one side, pople used coal to heat their homes, they had better food and better clothes. They moved from the country to the cities, on the other side Living conditions were bad in crowded cities, difficulties with housing, education, security, health, etc. Working conditions were also bad, workers were injured or killed by accident. Working too much(14 hours)
How did industrialization affect the middle class?
The middle class became benefited, It created wealth, jobs, better diets, better housing and clothing for the middle class
What changes occured in Manchester?
Industrialization changed their lives. People lived in a crowed and unclean citiy ¨they wordked for hours, with little pay, even children. There were enviromental problema because of pollution from the factories. Howover, for some people there were many jobs and great wealth.
Why is Manchester a good example of how industrialization changed people?
It showd both: the good and the bad parts of industrialization
